Fast Prep: Sprinkle 1/4 cup of salts to hot bath water. Soak for at least 15 minutes. For easy clean up, add herbs to a muslin or burlap bag.
Potent Prep: Simmer 1/4 cup of salts for 15 minutes. Strain. Add “tea” to bathwater and soak for at least 15 minutes. .
