Right now, balance work is a fun challenge. But what’s fun now is absolutely lifesaving as we age.
Multiple peer-reviewed studies spanning thousands of participants in multiple countries all come to the same conclusion: as we age, there is a correlation between falls, decreased independence and mortality.
I’m not the type to motivate through fear. But I do motivate through information. So if you can have fun strengthening your balance now, and enjoy a longer life, why not do it?
