Yoga for Confidence and Courage
We are in a period that requires us to dig deep and practice courage that we may not be sure that we have.
But we all have it. Like muscles, confidence and courage must be built. Our courage and confidence grow through consistent aligned thought and consistent aligned action, like stacking bricks.
And we don’t have the luxury of playing small when so much is on the line for ourselves and others.
I created Yoga for Confidence and Courage to help us take up space and firmly stand our ground– on and off of the mat. This practices invites strength and fluidity to the spine and hips, while promoting a solid foundation with balance work. Build up your courage and confidence– the world needs you, bright soul.
